Meet Kym Foley, the Trees for Seattle program manager. For close to 2 years, Kym has overseen this essential Seattle organization tasked with managing trees and engaging with people about urban forestry. Though the pandemic may have stopped Tree Ambassador groups from going out to care for Seattle’s greenery, Kym speaks on the North Ballard tree walk, the logistical and economic benefits to trees, and how a pandemic can’t stop her from doing important work safely.
